Ross Ensor has over 20 years of hands-on experience in successfully building, expanding and turning around the international sales, marketing and operations of both product and service companies across a wide range of industry sectors in more than 80 countries throughout North and South America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
Mr. Ensor currently serves as Managing Director of ISI Consultants, where he leads a team of consultants providing strategic marketing and business development solutions for companies wishing to enter or further expand in Middle East & African markets. Prior to his work at ISI Consultants, Mr. Ensor held the position of Vice President – Corporate International Director at a ‘Top 10’ U.S. architecture and engineering firm with projects in over 75 countries and international offices in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa. He also led the international business division, as Vice President – International, for a large U.S. electronic systems company, serving government clients in Europe, Asia and North and South America and established the international arm of a UK based software company, while serving on their Board of Directors. Mr. Ensor also held several senior management positions in Europe and the Middle East at Steelcase, the world's largest manufacturer of office furniture and worked in the pharmaceutical industry for Johnson & Johnson, as well as for an international research and consulting firm serving the healthcare industry and at the US Federal Trade Commission.
